Certainly, the system Android Google does not appeal those manufacturers of smart phones or smart phones, but more and more computer manufacturers. Often at the forefront of innovation, Acer was able to present today the first netbook with the Android software layer.
Better: the Acer Aspire One D250 offers a dual operating system with default Android but a click, it goes under Windows 7. In reality, the computer restarts to load the OS from Microsoft. The return is not as obvious for having hands in minutes.
The Acer Aspire One D250 is only 18 seconds to power under Android. Thus, the simplest applications are readily available. Here, there is no question of the Android Market. It is therefore not possible to download new applications. Acer Ferra, however, evolve the product over time by offering customized software.
Acer One Netbook the D250 has a screen of 10.1 inch LED backlit display at 1024 × 600 pixels. It proposes a multi-touch keypad, an Intel Atom N270 or N280, a graphic chip Intel, 2 GB of RAM, hard disk of 160 GB or 250, a memory card reader, speakers, a webcam, the Wi-Fi b / g, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and battery cells 3 or 6 depending on configurations. With the latter, Acer announced a range of almost 6 hours.
A version with the 3G could emerge quickly.
The Acer Aspire One netbook D250 weighs just over a pound and measuring 25 cm wide.
It comes in four colors: blue sapphire, pearl white, red rubies and black diamonds. It will soon be available from 250 euros.
